• Son of Craig and Chantal. Has one sister, Caroline
• Father, Craig, played in 695 NHL games and won a Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in 1996
• Craig also represented the U.S. in three different IIHF Men's World Championships (1987, 1991, 1994)
